Most of you should have heard of Triberr by now. If you are still yet to know about this project by Dino Dogan and Dan Cristo, i will explain what is Triberr for your better understanding here.
What is Triberr?
First of all, it’s free to join Triberr but not everyone can join this service. You become a member by invitation only from existing members. After you join a tribe, all members inside the tribe will automagically tweet each other’s new post and share with their followers. Just imagine if a particular tribe has 10k or more followers, it means a lot of exposure for your post and has the potential to attract new visitors to your site. From my understanding, some tribe has more than 100k Twitter followers.
I was honored enough to receive an invitation from the wonderful lady, Brankica to join her tribe a week ago. I was member for a week but has already feel the benefits. Those days when i have a new post, i can see my traffic went up due the tweets from all members in my tribe. In my opinion, this is a great project and idea. You can hear from the video below from the co-founder Dino Dogan himself.
Here’s what i have for you
Once you are in Triberr, you automatically have three default tribes which you are the chief. You can form your own tribe by inviting people you know to Triberr. Besides the chief, there are six slots for other members.
I am planning to form my own tribe in Triberr. Most of the bloggers whom i know are already there. So i am looking for new members to join my tribe. Here’s what i have for you. Currently i have four slots up for invitation. If you are interested to join my tribe, all you need to do is to leave a comment and your link. If you have a low followers count in Twitter or your blog is pretty new, don’t be afraid to send in your application.
Part of my aim:
- To help small blog grows bigger
- Consolidate the efforts of newbie bloggers to help each other out
- Networking with other bloggers in your tribe
As long your blog is updated frequently and you have nice content, i will be considering seriously. Those selected will be inform by email, so please make sure you leave your email and the link to your blog in the comment box.
It’s best that all those selected can head on to Triberr’s home page and give their support by clicking the “Like” button on Triberr fan page.

I remember something in the faq. You are already a tribal elder, i think you can’t join another tribe to prevent double tweeting.
Can you enlighten me on this?

I tried to invite someone to my tribe but she was already a part of Triberr. I checked the FAQ and says you can’t have them join your tribe if they are on Triberr already.

Allow me to shed some light on the, “Cannot invite existing tribe members” piece.
We know that Tribes are most fun when you’re in one with people you know and trust. But what if those people are already in another tribe?
Well, we’re working towards adding the ability to invite existing members to your tribe, but that powerful feature will likely only be available to Chief’s who have already built out their tribes to some extent.
So stay tuned as we roll out new, powerful features, and in the mean time, continue to build out your tribes so you can access those features when they become available.

It’s very practical and easy way of gaining popularity. Joining thousands of people in a single tribe could really boost anyone’s fame. In doing so, they are creating a very massive community that will surely bring money to their members.
